The Role

Job Description
The Salesforce Senior Business Analyst will serve as the IT liaison to the business and is responsible for gathering, reviewing, and evaluating business requirements and user needs for the Salesforce.com platform and integrated solutions. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Salesforce platform and execution of complex, multi-disciplined Salesforce projects by functioning as the intermediary between the business stakeholders, IT and 3rd party vendors. The role is also responsible for the end-to-end design and completion of Salesforce solutions by providing cross-discipline leadership throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure the efficient configuration, development and deployment of solutions occur.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Skills:
• Ensure daily operations remain stable by providing Tier 3 technical support for the Salesforce.com platform and solutions by working directly with users to identify, research, troubleshoot and resolve issues.• Collaborate and manage communications with other internal IT teams, managed service provider(s) and vendors to resolve issues.• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement within the existing Salesforce implementation and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.• Lead a matrixed team of Salesforce administrators, developers, architects and consultants, assigning tasks and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment and transparency.• Work closely with stakeholders to understand optimization requirements and translate them into Salesforce functionalities.• Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.• Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress.• Ensure alignment w/ Cybersecurity best practices, compliance with industry standards and provide quality and efficient end-to-end solutions for implementing and governing security related to profiles, permissions sets, roles, sharing settings and logic access policies.• Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet requirements and quality standards.• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.• 10+ years' hands-on IT experience and 3+ years of experience managing and contributing to Salesforce optimization projects.• Strong knowledge and prior hands-on experience with Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and customization options.• Excellent leadership and team management skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in Federal Government Contracts leveraging CLM solutions.• Understand US government contract requirements, cyber security policies that govern such contracts, and implications on IT solutions.• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, encouraged but not required.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $75510 - $128340
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
