LogRhythm is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Information Systems team at our corporate office in Boulder, CO. This position will be primarily responsible for working within Salesforce Service Cloud and facilitating the transition from a highly customized instance of Salesforce to leveraging CPQ & CPQ+ within our Sales Organization.  The ideal candidate in this role will troubleshoot, enhance, and work with end-users to ensure that Salesforce.com keeps pace with changes in program operations, policies and/or procedures.  

Opportunity

This is an opportunity to enhance and drive the development of Salesforce Service Cloud. You will collaborate with different departments and stakeholders and define the business needs and enhancements for Salesforce to support LogRhythm’s continuous growth. This role will be critical on the impact that Service Cloud has on our global sales and support organization, currently over 200 employees. A successful deployment of this initiative will be a highlight on your career. 

Responsibilities

  • Daily support of Salesforce - development & customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, sharing, routing and validation rules, community management, & service console
  • Gather business requirements and functional designs to effectively develop solutions that address customer requirements
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards 
  • Participate in the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, and coordinating actual software testing 
  • Stay current with Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements along with knowledge of front end best practices
  • Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements
  • Drive enhancements and initiatives from design to deployment
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as new features are developed  

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years Salesforce development experience
  • Strong command of APEX and Visualforce
  • CPQ / CPQ+ experience
  • Scrum and/or Kanban Agile methodology
  • Development & Configuration on Salesforce products (Sales, Service and/or Marketing Cloud)
  • Planning, tracking, and managing software development projects in JIRA
  • Experience in full circle implementation and deployment of Salesforce CRM applications
  • Understanding of key Salesforce CRM architectural concepts and Salesforce CRM ecosystem
  • Understanding of key integration concepts (Point-to-Point/Middle Ware)
  • GitHub experience for Versioning and Release Management
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Must have proven attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple sprints / projects
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Dev, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant) a plus
