We are seeking a talented Account Executive for Zoom Phone Channel Sales dedicated to Zoom National partners. Primary goal is to enable partner sales & drive new Zoom Phone business through a fast growing partner community. Additional goals include:
Drive Partner Awareness & Expertise specifically in our Zoom Phone business
Expand our existing and rapidly growing new customer base
Partner with Zoom Phone Channel Engineers to provide technical & sales expertise on Zoom Phone
Strategize with key partners to build Zoom Phone Business Development plans
Strategically partner and drive business growth in the Agent Programs
Strengthen key partner relationships to drive explosive new business growth
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategize & Partner with Zoom Phone Channel Engineers to provide technical & sales expertise on Zoom Phone
Deliver on-site and virtual partner learning & customer engagements
Conduct needs assessment, develop and deliver partner qualification offerings, boot camps and train-the-trainer programs on Zoom Phone
Develop strategic National partner knowledge, address support inquiries and follow-up on items pertaining to Zoom Phone
Enhance Zoom Phone content and effective touch points in the partner life cycle
Foster internal relationships to educate partners as well as internal Zoom teams on the value of Zoom Partner programs.
Continually enhance product and operational process knowledge to maintain role as a Zoom Phone channel subject matter expert
Participate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals
Willingness to flex hours to support global partners as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
5+ years of proven Partner Channel Sales experience
SaaS Business Sales Experience
5+ Telephony Sales Experience
Consultative seller with strong business acumen
Excellent communicator
Strong presentation skills to create engaging product sales messaging, training material and supporting resources.
Experience leading others with product training; sales best practices; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials.
Ability and aptitude to work within various medium to coach & develop partner sellers
Must understand business telephony (Cloud & Premises PBX)
Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills & develop new systems
Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google products
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment
Multilingual is a plus
Sales management experience is a plus
Willing to travel both domestically and abroad
Have a demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results
