We are seeking a talented individual contributor to help strengthen the partnerships & capitalize on the investments made between Zoom Phone & the hardware partner manufacturers (Devices, SBCs, Paging, Intercom, Network/SD-WAN & Security).

 

The primary goal is to develop & deliver on a partnership strategy to drive new Zoom Phone business through a fast growing partner community leveraging hardware integrations and a co-selling approach.

 

Additional goals include:

  • Develop go to market co-sell strategy (internal Zoom, alliance partner & channel partners)

  • Maintain up to date current training materials for partner hardware integrations

  • Drive internal Zoom Awareness & Expertise specifically in our Zoom Phone Hardware integration partners

  • Enable our Hardware Partner sellers to be able to recognize a Zoom Phone opportunity and understand the benefits of our integrated platforms.

  • Partner with Zoom Phone Channel Engineers to provide technical & sales expertise on Zoom Phone Hardware integrations.

  • Strategize with key partners to build Zoom Phone Business Development plans to maximize Hardware partner investments

  • Strengthen key partner relationships to drive explosive new business growth

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Deliver on-site and virtual partner learning & customer engagements

  • Conduct needs assessment, develop and deliver partner qualification offerings, boot camps and train-the-trainer programs on Zoom Phone Hardware Integrations

  • Develop strategic partner knowledge, address support inquiries and follow-up on items pertaining to Zoom Phone Hardware Integrations

  • Partner with Product/Engineering on Hardware/Device integrations & roadmap requirements

  • Enhance Zoom Phone training content and effective touch points in the partner life cycle

  • Foster internal relationships to educate partners as well as internal Zoom teams on the value of Zoom Partner programs & the benefits of our hardware integration strategy.

  • Continually enhance product and operational process knowledge to maintain role as a Zoom Phone Hardware subject matter expert

  • Participate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals 

  • Willingness to flex hours to support global partners as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

 

  • 5+ Telephony Hardware Sales Experience

  • 5+ years of proven Alliance Partner Experience 

  • Experience developing a Co-Sell & Co-Marketing Strategy

  • Channel Sales Experience a plus

  • SaaS Business Experience

  • Excellent communicator

  • Training Content Creator Experience a plus

  • Strong presentation skills to create engaging messaging, training material and supporting resources.

  • Experience leading others with product/services training; best practices; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials.

  • Ability and aptitude to work within various mediums to coach & develop partner sellers

  • Must understand business telephony & hardware use cases (Cloud & Premises PBX) 

  • Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills & develop new systems

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment

  • Multilingual is a plus

  • Willing to travel
