Job Description
We're looking for Winback Specialists/Retention Specialists that thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. You will become the resident expert on the RingCentral services including Fax, Professional, and Office Product Suite.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the development and execution of customer loyalty strategies. You will directly impact the reduction of customer churn, expanding the RingCentral customer base. Leverage your professional selling skills with inactive accounts to assist them in re-joining the thousands of businesses already using RingCentral as their cloud-based communications platform.
Qualifications & Skills
- Driving all winback activity on canceled, suspended, disconnected, dormant customers.
- Strategic contributions building process from ground floor, developing playbook, expanding team and overall accountability to success of program.
- Collaboration with other arms of the business (sales, operations, marketing etc.)
- Maintaining daily and weekly KPI's of the current programs.
- Identify and expand opportunities into other areas of focus.
- Demonstrated sales record of meeting and exceeding quota.
- BS or equivalent education and relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service orientation, strong phone presence a must.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
