What does the VP, Strategic Alliances do at CyberGRX? 

You will help scale the CyberGRX go-to-market effort by planning, executing and managing partnerships that provide leverage to our team and strategic positioning for our solution. As a data and analytics company with the largest data set of third-party cyber risk in the world, CyberGRX can unlock value for partners by integrating with applications (e.g. Governance, Risk, Compliance platform) and providing insights that power partner services (e.g. large consultancies). As a leader in our revenue organization, you will be responsible for building a strategic business plan, prioritizing partner relationships, driving deal commitments, and managing to goals. You will also be a key member of a cross-functional team and have a voice in broader business strategies including product roadmap, marketing, and operations.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Define our global alliance strategy across partner categories including third party software applications, consultants, managed service providers and value-added resellers.
  • Build a business plan and resource the team to win.
  • Partner closely with Senior Executives at CyberGRX to execute the plan and build strategic relationships.
  • Foster and develop executive level relationships across key partners and alliances.
  • Oversee technical and personnel integrations that bring partnerships to life.
  • Develop KPIs and financial models to identify/measure the impact of the channel to the overall business.
  • Develop joint value propositions and sales motions customized for each of our partners.
  • Lead, leverage and align stakeholders to help drive the technical and account-based solutions required for each partner and their clients.
  • Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and manage a global team to scale at a rapid pace.

What you bring to the table:

  • 7+ years of managing partner relationships
  • 5+ years cyber risk experience
  • 5+ years in alliances, business development and/or corporate development
  • Strong leadership background with track-record of success in high-growth, fast-moving businesses
  • Experience in a SaaS-based environment
  • Creative thinker with strong business acumen
  • Polished executive communicator with exceptional presentation skills
  • Data driven and analytically minded
  • Strong team coach/leader who can inspire a high performing team
  • Strong ability to anticipate issues and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Annual Base Salary Range: $220,000 - $250,000 (60%)

Annual Variable Potential: $145,000 - $165,000 (40%)
