The TrackVia platform allows businesses to rapidly create custom web and native mobile applications to unite executives, managers and workers with all their data, processes and collaboration in one environment accessible on any device. 

The Vice President of Sales leads all areas of TrackVia’s sales strategy and revenue generation. The VP will develop industry leading best practices to build a scalable sales infrastructure that delivers repeatable and predictable growth for new business acquisition and upsell revenue. The position requires strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience scaling sales teams, defining and achieving sales results and developing new go-to-market strategies. 

This position reports directly to the CEO and is located at TrackVia’s corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado. 


Key Responsibilities: 

• Scale and execute TrackVia’s overall sales strategy to meet revenue projections. 

• Build a repeatable sales process that drives predictable results through the implementation of sales strategy, structure and execution best practices. 

• Develop and execute value based, strategic selling action plans to assist sales team in acquiring new customers and upselling current customers. 

• Design/develop a sales organization structure to execute the company’s strategy and achieve growth objectives. 

• Hire, develop and scale a sales organization including lead generation, inside sales, account managers and field sales teams. 

• Develop and scale go-to-market sales strategies and execution through channels sales, direct sales and partnerships. 

• Develop and implement sales training programs for sales reps, sales managers and sales engineers. 

• Develop and manage to revenue plans and annual budgets. 

• Be accountable for the sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. 

• Create cultural alignment and accountability within other departments and the sales organization. 

• Work closely with marketing on integrated messaging, content, industry conferences, sales enablement and thought leadership. 

• Lead, along with the relevant teams, key client and prospect relationships at an executive level. 


Qualifications & Background: 

• 5+ years proven sales leadership experience. 

• Repeated success building sales models and scaling sales teams to achieve revenue goals. 

• Experience selling to mid-size and enterprise clients in a complex solution selling environment. 

• Experience selling B2B SaaS software solutions. 

• Experience in planning and implementing a corporate sales strategy and associated plans and processes. 

• Proven experience building direct, indirect and lead generation teams. 

• Proven experience defining and developing a scalable and repeatable sales process that includes effective pipeline management 

• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills; comfortable with executive-level audience, able to identify issues/needs through consultative approach 

• Demonstrated success growing revenue and market share in a competitive market 

• Effective leadership skills and passion for building highly engaged, highly motivated sales teams 

• Ability to communicate ideas and strategic concepts; quick verbal agility and ability to simplify abstract models into focused and well-articulated communications 

• Strong analytical and process skills 

• Minimum of Bachelors’ Degree preferred

• Ability to travel to customer locations and industry events – estimated travel 35%
