Our sales team is a highly motivated and energetic group of remarkable people that drive revenue and create new business. We utilize a Business Development, Sales Executive, and Account Management department structure and are putting the pieces in place to create a robust and world-class sales organization.

Role Brief:

As the VP of Sales, you will lead our sales organization into the next phase of growth. We have had incredible success in our initial rollout and are now set up and excited to enter into the next level of maturity. Reporting directly to the CEO and driving our revenue, this position will have a huge impact on the future of Flowhub.

This new member of our executive team will define the strategy for how Flowhub will enter new markets and help influence future development of our products and services. They will learn from our existing team and drawing from their extensive experience and success, bring new perspectives and solutions to enable exponential growth. As a trusted advisor to the CEO, our new VP of Sales must be an authentic collaborator and a proactive, strategic problem solver.

Responsibilities:

  • Close New Business. Work deals to generate signed contracts and active subscriptions.

  • Develop and Scale the Team. Design the org structure and strategy to aggressively hire top-notch sales executives and continuously develop new and existing sales team members.

  • Create Sales Strategy: Create, implement, and execute go-to-market and overall sales strategy for business-to-business SaaS.

  • Build Systems and Processes. Manage and guide our Sales Operations team and Sales managers to optimize and transform our current systems, processes, and analytics.

  • Influence Decisions. Understand sales objections and offer insight to leadership and product teams.

 

Requirements:

  • A demonstrated track record of excellent outcomes in a growing organization and delivering on revenue goals

  • Previous experience running a SaaS based sales organization

  • Proficient in office software, email, and easily adaptable to new technology

  • A genuine interest and excitement in striving toward ambitious goals, hiring and rallying a team around those goals, and leveraging data to help you achieve those goals via methodical execution

About the Company

Our CEO, Kyle Sherman, worked as a cannabis compliance officer and experienced the problems with cannabis business software first hand. Frustrated by the platform his vertically integrated supply chain was using, he searched for something better. When his search failed him, he became fueled by a passion to create a system that would accelerate workflows, increase accuracy, and simplify compliance — ultimately allowing legalization to expand nationally.

In early 2015 Kyle began to build a team who shared his passion for cannabis, technology, and problem solving and started lobbying for a metrc™ open API. Location

While we are primarily remote, we do have a great office space located in beautiful downtown Denver right next to the 16th street Mall.
