Who we're looking for...
As a member of the BombBomb Leadership Team, the VP of Sales will oversee the inside sales operations including revenue generation goals. Along with the Sales Managers, you’ll set the course of overachieving the insides sales objectives, working with BombBomb Executive leadership and your team as well as the broader assigned marketing team, product management, customer success team and training resources in pursuit of new business goals. You’ll spend time building internal and external relationships, clearly understanding your customer or prospect’s pains, and efficiently directing your team on the critical next steps that drive near term company revenue.
What you will do...
Grow BombBomb’s annual gross revenue to achieve the monthly and quarterly objectives for Inside Sales, Account Representatives and Upsell Team.
- Work with your Sales Leadership team to create a strategy that achieves the Inside Sales contribution to the overall Sales Plan annual objectives of the inside sales team, account representative team and business development functions. This is to include hiring, sales training, sales processes, sales activities, budgets, and performance review.
- Core leadership development
- Create a Sales Enablement & Training plan including key hire(s) to develop and maintain all training resources/assets and process for both new hire onboarding and on-going training and skill development.
- Own the sales execution including a win/loss analysis and serve as the “voice of the sales” to influence product and the overall go-to-market approach
- Own and refine sales presentations and sales asset libraries by implementing a testing and continuous improvement of the sales process
- Partner with the Sales Leadership team and Marketing to spearhead the Inside Sales team use of data, analytics and continuous sales process improvement to optimize each phase of the “Leads to Revenue” process
- Work with Sales Leadership team to maintain the culture and core values of BombBomb
- Maintain and enhance established best practices, tools, and resources to achieve these results

Our ideal candidate will be or have…
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of sales management experience in a SaaS environment
- Software Sales and Sales Management experience in a transactional, metrics-driven model
- Prefer experience working with marketing automation/sales enablement software
- Work effectively and respectfully with people at every level of the organization
- Manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple, and sometimes, changing priorities
