What will you do at this job?

  • Personally responsible for hitting quarterly sales goals and closing most sales
  • Manage a small team of 2 SDRs and 1 Jr Salesperson
  • Track pipeline close ratios and other statistics in Hubspot
  • Estimate closed deals and new revenue for the current and next quarter
  • Manage marketing campaigns, trickle emails, email templates in Hubspot
  • Work with CEO to effectively spend our marketing dollars
  • Work with SDRs to design call scripts and other campaigns, then measure the results
  • Exhibit at 2 or more annual industry conferences

What qualifications will help me be successful in this role?

  • 4+ years of successful sales experience
  • Ability to understand and sell complex software for professional wealth managers
  • Constantly learning and developing new sales techniques and strategies as you build your pipeline
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and an high work ethic
  • An understanding of the sales cycle and maintaining a pipeline
  • Experience with running a sales department in Hubspot
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior management experience would be nice, although we are open to promoting somebody with the right sales experience
  • Onsite in Denver would be a big plus, although we are open to remote
