Technical Trainer - Unified Communications (Sales Enablement)
As Zoom’s Sales Enablement team grows, we are looking for a Technical Trainer who is responsible for delivering technical training to Zoom’s Solutions Engineers (SE). In Zoom’s competitive market, agile content creation is crucial to SE’s abilities to identify and quickly fill any gaps. As Technical Trainer, your focus will be on the continuous training and development of our Solutions Engineering Org.
You will be a critical part of the Sales Enablement Team and be able to lead others in the organization to implement change, as well as measure the positive results of those changes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Zoom enablement and SE teams to design, implement, deliver, and operationalize required advanced product related enablement programs for SEs.
Create, design and deliver eLearning, webinar, workshops, classroom-based delivery, and product demonstrations as required.
Ensure all advanced product positioning is appropriately and accurately included in all SE enablement programs
Collaborate with Sales, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Operations, and other cross functional teams to identify, prioritize, standardize and deliver SE Product training and enablement
Design and deliver world class learning programs and courses that drive behavior change and increase performance and productivity across our SE organization
Build and facilitate product, solution and skill learning program and courses
Evaluate business impact of learning programs through metrics and analysis
Be the specialist in technical sales skills such as Technical Champion Building, Value Based Demonstrations, Objection Handling as well as Proof of Concept processes
Requirements:
Combination of technical and sales/customer success acumen
Experienced Sales Enablement Manager with 5+ years of Sales Training, Sales Enablement experience or 5+ years SaaS Sales Engineering experience
Experience in UCaaS or Collaboration industry preferred
Experience in facilitation, training, content creation, learning and design
Experience in managing on-going learning programs
BS/BA degree preferred but not required
Project Management expertise is a plus
Understand the nuances and fast paced environment of a high growth company
