Technical Recruiter(s) – Hiring for multiple roles, Jr – Sr
A blurb on us: We’re a recruitment agency with a love for helping Fortune 500 organizations, leading supply chain companies & well-funded tech startups grow! We actually love tech so much we’ve built our own recruiting software from the ground up … but that’s another story. Overall we’re not your typical large recruiting company where it will take you forever to make an impact. You’ll hit the ground running with plenty of training.
Our culture: We have fun together. We love to solve problems for our clients (and ourselves) and we want people that want the same. The atmosphere is relaxed and laid back. We rock the casual scene (jeans please) while we wear out the Keurig machine, drink cold brew by the gallon, dual to get high score on Ms. Pacman or Donkey Kong with Free Lunch Fridays. We also have a quarterly team outing that the Partner of the Quarter decides on (Powder Ski day, Rockies, Broncos, Top Golf, etc.) We have paid time off from Christmas Eve Eve (not a typo) thru January 2nd (Go visit family for the holidays or ski every day!). Thanksgiving is Wednesday thru Friday, paid time off. Family comes first here!
About the gig: When joining Talent Solvers as a Technical Recruiter (honestly, feel free to make up your own title) you’ll be working with one of the fastest and most innovative tech companies in Chicago. We need YOUR HELP as they partner with us, on an exclusive agreement, to hire 100+ Software Engineers, Product Managers, QA, DevOps and other top tech talent over the next 18 months and beyond! We have an outstanding relationship with them and actually have one of our best people on-site managing the ENTIRE recruitment process!

- You’re comfortable with the differences between Front-end, Back-end, Full-Stack, QA, DevOps, Test, etc.
- For Sr Recruiters, you are especially familiar with hiring talent with experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and AWS
- You are positive, out-‐going, clean, polite and friendly
- You want a start-up environment…and the excitement that comes with it!
- You’re intellectually curious and research things to find answers (Google knows all)
