We are looking for Student Success Counselors. The Student Success Counselor opportunity requires someone who enjoys talking on the phone with enrolled students building rapport and guiding them from acceptance through graduation. This opportunity requires someone with a background in higher ed.
 

Key Attributes for our next Student Success Counselor

• Bachelor’s degree
• Passion for education and helping people achieve their goals
• Ability to research and reinforce academic policies
• Understanding of the different phases of the student lifecycle
• Experience in course registration and mapping
• Ability to monitor academic progress and provide support and guidance accordingly
• Experience in student facing roles surrounding academic progress and/or Registrar
• Consultative approach to guide, support and encourage students through their online programs
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Ability to establish relationships over phone, text and email
• Track record of achieving goals within a corporate setting
• Keen interest in learning new things – ability to share what you have learned and teach others
• Willingness to work hard
• Additive to a small office culture
