Job Description:
The Strategic Alliances ISV team at RingCentral manages the partnerships with RingCentral's top ISV integration partners including Google, Salesforce, Okta, Box, and SD-WAN. We are currently looking for a Strategic Alliances Partner Representative to increase the qualified pipeline of new opportunities for our ISV Sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development experience at multiple executive levels within organizations ranging into the Fortune 500.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email and chat to follow-up, nurture and qualify leads generated by ISV marketing campaigns.
- Build and deliver growth in our partner pipeline through outbound prospecting projects.
- Attend partner events and conferences. Qualify leads face to face.
- Manage outbound campaigns and post-event follow up across the BDR organization.
- Manage inbound lead flow from our partners.
- Follow the established RingCentral pre-sales process and consistently use Salesforce.com to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management.
- Creative planning for outbound campaigns and growth-hacks within the ISV landscape.
Qualifications:
- Lead qualification/ Sales Development
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with cloud-based software services a plus
- Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
- Ability to work in high-energy sales team environment as a team player
- Positive and energetic verbal/phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
- Quick and efficient with a computer
- Ability to travel
