Strategic Account Executive
Overview
As a Strategic Account Representative at Four Winds Interactive you will play a fundamental sales role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This individual must be driven to develop new business relationships and strengthen current customer relationships at high levels within the highest importance customer accounts. Will be responsible for building sales strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams, and must have proven success in connecting customer needs with business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Account plan execution, i.e. identify customer priorities, locate prospective customers, prioritize opportunities, and coordinate company action to grow strategic accounts.
- Build trust and confidence with key customers as an invaluable business partner and problem solver.
- Presenting, promoting, and selling products to existing and prospective customers.
- Continue to evolve a strategic account plan to aid internal alignment.
- Enhance and develop the consultative relationships within key customers at all levels within each account.
- Maintain a high level of activity to include contact rate, funnel development, and win rate.
- Utilize Salesforce.com tools and FWI systems to manage, track and develop customers.
- Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, yearly revenue and profit targets.
- Demonstrate confidence in forecasting and accountability for outcomes.
- Exhibit a thorough knowledge of account history, culture, industry trends and customer goals.
Qualifications
Requirements for Success:
- Domain experience in corporate real estate, recruiting, employee communications, or human resources
- Superior relationship-building skills on the phone, virtually and in-person.
- Articulate, persuasive and influential communicator with high level active-listening skills.
- Experience in consulting, sales, recruiting, or strategy roles
- Professional presentation skills and highly-developed interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree, or significant relevant industry experience.
- Track record of successful revenue and profit generation year after year.
- Working knowledge of MS word, excel and power point.
Helpful for Success:
Salesforce.com experience a plus.
