Position Description

Conga is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for our IT (Information Technology) organization to implement Netsuite based ERP. The ideal candidate will work closely with business partners and internal Functional Managers in developing robust, scalable and flexible solution architectures for various modules of NetSuite.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on solution design, solution architectures, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects
• Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements
• Act as a liaison between Technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and System Integrators to drive Netsuite reimplementation.
• Be recognized as a functional expert in different modules of Netsuite or other ERPs.
• Conduct Solution Architecture reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution is scalable, is aligned with netsuite product roadmaps and meets customers’ business requirements
• Guide technical team to deliver a flexible and scalable solution
• Provide mentorship and supervise developers
• Work with offshore teams as required
• Be a scrum master for NetSuite Projects, inquiries between Business and Technical Team
• Identify Areas of optimization within NetSuite and between systems connected (Workday, Salesforce CPQ, Concur, Avalara)

Experience, Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 10 to 12 yrs experience as a team member of successful software project implementations of ERP.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the capacity of a Solution Architect in a consulting organization or IT organization in Netsuite implementation optimization.
• Demonstrated experience with mergers, combining new processes into one.
• Knowledge of Billing and Invoicing
• Experience with NetSuite partner systems like Salesforce and Workday are a plus
• Experience with web, database, object oriented software technologies, SDLC methodologies
• Experience in hands on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams internally and at customer sites
• Able to manage activities across multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of cross functional and cross vendor teams, and deliver to aggressive timelines
• Must have valid work authorization

The pay range for this position in Colorado is minimum $111,925.00 per year. However the base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. A full range of benefits including medical, dental, life insurance and financial will be offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act.
