Sr. Sales Operations Analyst
Duda (www.duda.co) is looking for a driven, self-motivated and intellectually curious Sales Operations Analyst to own the deep-dive analysis of customer, seller and company data for Duda’s global sales team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Sales Operations Analyst and foundational hire in this role, you will have the opportunity to establish and grow this capacity at Duda. By partnering with multiple departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance, you will influence the strategic direction of Duda’s business and lead change management and implementation.
- Use your Salesforce proficiency to support the established Duda sales processes, products, pricing and cross-functional operations to increase sales and productivity, redesigning sales processes where needed to support all of the above.
- Possess a masterful understanding of Duda data, products/solutions, team functions and interoperability of Duda’s systems (HubSpot, Domo and Salesforce)
- Prepare sales forecasts to evaluate current sales achievement through dashboards and reports.
- Maintain existing sales reports/dashboards and proactively drive ad hoc reporting aimed at process optimization and sales growth.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and performance, and make strategic sales initiative recommendations.
- Innovate on tools, processes, and procedures, including but not limited to, SFDC, SQL, HubSpot and Domo to support and strengthen the sales org.
- Support Finance in FP&A activities, decision making, budget distribution and tracking.
- Liaise between all stakeholders in the customer funnel from marketing/lead gen to sales ops to sales management/sales reps to account management/CS, helping optimize at all organizational levels.
- Attend regular market KPI and business review meetings to provide updates on team projects, performance, tactics and change.
- Duties also include supporting multiple markets, which may require after-hour calls and some international travel.

- Goal-oriented, passionate, curious, high-energy analytical professional with a “no excuses” attitude
- 3-5 years of operations or analytics experience in a digital or software business
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience (e.g., activity tracking and reporting) and 2+ years of Domo (or similar data visualization software)
- Must be comfortable and competent in communication and presentations to veteran sales representatives and executives both internally & externally
- Salesforce admin qualification is a huge plus
- Familiarity with Account-based Marketing motions and operations is a plus
