The Role

Ibotta is seeking a Senior Sales and Revenue Analyst to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This person will be responsible for all things Revenue - conducting research, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights to help us improve our sales and revenue performance.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in office. Preferred in-office hybrid days are Tuesday and Thursday. 

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the sales and revenue landscape.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales and revenue.

  • Prepare a variety of reports and presentations that communicate the results of your analysis to senior management, investors, and the Board.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives as well as optimize existing processes.

  • Participate in annual planning / budgeting processes as well as ongoing monthly re-forecasting under the leadership of team management.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in data analytics and financial modeling.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on sales and revenue.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.

  • Strong problem-solving, data manipulation, and analysis skills 

  • Financial modeling experience building operational, acquisition, and growth models and pro forma financials

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite, specifically Excel and Powerpoint.

  • Experience with business intelligence (BI), data analysis, and/or FP&A planning software. Bonus points for experience in SQL, Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Netsuite, Looker, and Mode Analytics.

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.

  • Base compensation range: $80,000 - $110,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
