As an industry disruptor, Evolve is on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone. With over 14,000 properties under management, our sales team is focused on engaging and converting the increasing interest of vacation home owners seeking better rental performance, for lower fees, and maximum flexibility. We are looking for a creative, analytical and experienced leader of leaders to support our inside sales team through a period of rapid company growth.

As a senior manager on the Vacation Rental Advisor Team, you will lead a group of 4-5 sales managers and up to 50 individual contributors varying in experience and tenure. This leader will contribute to ongoing efforts to refine our sales strategy and the results that this leader’s team produces will drive material acceleration in Evolve’s owner acquisition process.

Our ideal candidate excels with cross-functional collaboration, works well in a fast-paced and often-changing environment and is comfortable being a champion for change. This leader will proactively identify problems for their team and others and build bridges internally to architect scalable solutions aligned to company goals and objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Hire, support, enable and develop a growing team of up to 50 Evolvers (managers and reps)
  • Review key performance indicators regularly, manage your teams to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and report out to leadership on trends and forecasts
  • Collaborate with our Learning & Development Team to design and implement training programs for new and existing teammates
  • Identify and action opportunities for process optimization with the objective of continually improving the experience for your teammates as well as our collective team results
  • Empower your managers to do their best work by understanding the dynamics of their respective teams, by challenging them to think critically about individualized strategies and by sharing ideas from your personal experience leading individual contributors 
  • Align your team to Evolve’s hospitality standards and reinforce this vision at every step in the customer journey

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years of inside sales or relevant experience
  • 5+ years experience in sales leadership required
  • Proven ability to translate reports and data points into actionable insights that drive improved performance
  • A demonstrated and comprehensive understanding of best practices with regard to sales and onboarding functions. Successfully managed a team and can demonstrate the development of others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be articulate and direct, both in a group setting and one on one
  • A bias for action and pragmatic, yet creative, “outside the box” solutions that prove you to be a valuable business partner
  • An unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality or experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities
  • A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense

Location 

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office or a hybrid of both! We're currently all working remotely and will be opening up the office in September for our in office and hybrid options.

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $110,000 to $130,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.

Location

Our office is located in Downtown Denver surrounded by the best the city has to offer. With our flexible remote work policy, our teammates are free to work in person in our Colorado space or remotely from home in 48 approved states.
