This role can be full time remote in the U.S. or located locally in Denver

The Role:

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations to join our go-to-market organization supporting growth in revenue for our team of 20. 

The Sr. Manager, Revenue Ops will form the backbone of our sales organization, serving as the bridge between the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams at FullContact to report and analyze the business. Duties will include ownership of Salesforce (SFDC) and supporting sales automation systems, training and admin duties for all sales oriented systems, as well as process flow improvement aimed at team efficiency and accuracy. The Sr. Manager, Revenue Ops will also be instrumental in sales forecasting, analytics, productivity, reporting, and other sales support functions reporting to our VP of Accounting and Finance.  We are looking for someone who is a self-motivated problem solver, eager to make an impact, and empathetic and flexible to troubleshooting with the reps.

Responsibilities:

  • Admin role in SFDC responsible for the administration and maintenance of our instance
  • Maintaining and improving sales automation
  • Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and finance to ensure productivity, and that systems are capturing complete data effectively 
  • Audit timeliness and accuracy of data in SFDC, including lead, contact and opportunity data
  • Manage go-to-market reporting and dashboards
  • Establish and/or simplify processes and implement sales tools as the business begins to further develop
  • Partner with teams across the company, including product and engineering, to improve cross-functional work processes and ensure alignment, visibility, and execution of cross-functional strategic objectives
  • Partner with functional team leads as well as finance/analytics to ensure supporting reporting exists in an actionable form based on continued systems and process development
  • Support accurate reporting of deals pertinent to calculating sales commissions
  • Assist with onboarding of new sales team members and customer success team members
  • Contract generation and SKU maintenance in SFDC and Conga, understanding how each process impact recurring revenue
  • Assist go-to-market teams with troubleshooting and best practices to support deal and customer management
  • Own ad hoc projects and present on status to the leadership team

Requirements:

  • Sales Operations experience : 5+ Years
  • SFDC Administration experience
  • Established track record in supporting a sales organization
  • Proven experience managing forecasting through complex sales cycles
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse business partners and proactively communicate across locations and via shared systems (Slack, Google Drive)
  • Experience building reports to inform Sales Directors and VPs on historical results, current performance, and trends
  • Flexible/Adaptable: Have a strong sense of self and can relate well to others; learns quickly and can adapt to changes in timeframes, people, and situations with ease
  • Project management background preferred but not required
  • Strong planning and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 base salary plus commission, company based bonus plan and equity
