We are searching for a Sr. Director, Third-Party Success!

What does the Sr. Director, Third-Party Success do at CyberGRX? 

As the Sr. Director for Third-Party Success, you are setting the strategy towards one of the most important initiatives in the company: Third-Party Momentum. You will be responsible for working closely with current third-party partners on the platform as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique challenges as it pertains to risk and goals that the security team is trying to accomplish. In this role, you will work to help partners understand how to leverage the platform products and tools to understand their risk profile as well as help their customers leverage their data and analytics in a more scalable fashion through sharing and promotion. You’ll be the tip of the spear exploring new channels of engaging with our third-party population and disseminating information across internal teams regarding areas of opportunity that can provide greater value for our members. 

 

What a day in the life looks like: 

  • Initiate and establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel on all assigned Third-Party accounts through various mediums including email, calls, and social channels. 
  • You will work towards the goals of driving Third-Party awareness and development, including sharing, promotion, and enablement to further grow the exchange. 
  • Gather insights from Third-Parties regarding product use, features, and competitive intel to identify new product ideas, marketing tactics and market education opportunities to prospective partners. 
  • Using a blend of both manual and automated data analysis such as Excel and Salesforce, you will build and evolve partner goals, KPIs, trend correlation, and presentations to senior management. 
  • Flag new customer opportunities, among the thousands of Third-Party relationships, to Account Executives. 
  • You will serve as the internal advocate for the Third-Parties, understanding the member journey, platform usage, challenges, and overall goals as it relates to risk. 
  • Manage current team members and build out a long-term strategy to increase momentum most efficiently. 
  • Ultimately, you and your team will be responsible for all aspects of Third-Party member success, including onboarding, adoption, advocacy, retention, and outcomes.  
  • You will help champion and inspire a company-wide culture of Third-Party success, aligning with various functions in the organization to drive growth. 

 

What you bring to the table: 

  • At least 5 years in a strategic customer/member leadership role with a SAAS based platform. 
  • At least 7 years in management. 
  • Bonus points if you have a combined background of post-sale and sales experience. 
  • Customer-centric mentality with strong listening and writing skills that are customized for the direct audience. 
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building. 
  • You are an organized self-starter who is proactive and thrives off engagement with new contacts. 
  • Sense of ownership, accountability and pride in performance towards achieving goals. 
  • You are a team player who can be flexible with daily changes. 
  • Time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks for the greatest ROI. 
  • Great interpersonal skills 
  • You are comfortable engaging with C-suite and executives at large corporations. 
  • Experience in using CRM software. 
  • Proven success with cultivating relationships that lead to action by partners. 
  • Hunger to take initiative and work independently at the same time promoting opportunities for growth to teammates and leadership. 
  • Strong pre-existing knowledge of the Cybersecurity ecosystem is a plus or a fast learner willing to devote the time to quickly gain the knowledge to understand the space.

Annual Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $175,000 

Annual Bonus Potential: $25,000
