Sr. Account Executive- CTV
Choozle is looking for a Sr. Account Executive-CTV to build out and grow a pipeline of Connected TV advertising sales opportunities with brands and agencies, identifying and executing new revenue opportunities, acting as a subject matter expert across the larger sales organization for Connected TV, and continuously refining our product-market fit within the broader competitive landscape.
The ideal candidate will have a positive and coachable attitude, an excitement to meet new people, a drive to prospect and set meetings, a history of hitting sales goals and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales. Must be driven to work independently and resourceful to manage many duties, including relationship building, media planning, developing sales proposals, presentation, marketing materials, and ideate thematic and scalable media plans. WHO YOU ARE
- Has a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, with a strong background in digital video advertising
- Experience planning, buying, or selling broadcast television is a plus
- Self-starter that can thrive in both a corporate and start-up environment
- Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models
- Ability to strategically build out a new market and prioritize high value opportunities that will have the greatest revenue impact
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment while demonstrating ability to work autonomously
- Expert negotiator and adept at overcoming objections
- Desire to be a visible and valuable team member and take pride in anticipating and meeting the needs of clients
- Ability to influence best practice and positive change cross-departmentally
- Capacity to take on consistent administrative projects and mentoring relationships with other sales department members
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR CHOOZLE POSITION
- Key individual contributor to Connected TV revenue, work against aggressive advertising revenue goals - need to hit the ground running and be a fast learner
- Produce and execute on quarterly market strategy plans to ensure all revenue and activity goals are achieved throughout the year
- Proactively maintain a pipeline of sales targets, contacts, and sales opportunities via cold calling and leveraging your brand connections and their AORs
- Respond to RFPs, collaborate with Account Executives to sell through Connected TV, and support research and development of winning case studies, best practices, and scalable media plans
- Report on revenue projections and forecasts
- Travel as necessary to markets to elevate Choozle’s presence, support current clients, and close new business
- Champion key sales process tenants and work to constructively enhance current team proactive
- Be respected as expert and leader for Connected TV and within Choozle

COMPENSATION: Base compensation range is $60,000 - 90,000 with a 50/50 variable plan and expectations of $120,000 - $180,000 On Target Earnings (OTE)
