Solutions Manager
Job Summary.
The Sales & Solutions Executive (SSE) is the PIN ecosystem gatekeeper! This individual has the unique and exciting role of selling our ‘one of a kind’ tech to businesses that are tired of the status quo and/or underwhelming results. The SSE is part of the sales team of PIN Business Network and an expert on all aspects of the PIN Business Network ecosystem including its abilities and specific value to prospective clients. The SSE will leverage data and tech found only at PIN to find potential clients and then to identify & pitch through consultative selling a custom PIN-built solution specific to that business’s needs. The SSE is responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing new business. After closing new business, the SSE will assist with the transition of the client to Account Management, which is responsible for the relationship with that client thereafter. This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Essential Functions.
- Research markets, industries, and businesses
- Developing buyer personas and mapping out accounts to target
- Make initial contact with businesses through cold calls, emails, and drop-ins
- Meet weekly/monthly productivity KPIs as directed by the Chief Revenue Officer
- Build and implement effective sales processes that maximize the PIN ecosystem value
- Fill out digital score cards
- Follow up on leads as directed by PIN executive leadership
- Coordinate and run capabilities meetings and “White Boards”
- Create quality and appealing presentations and materials as necessary
- Consult with Account Managers and other departments as necessary to form proposals
- Develop written proposals for potential clients
- Compose contracts for potential clients and deliver those contracts for signature
- Coordinate with Legal for adjustments to contract verbiage
- Attend weekly sales meetings and trainings
- Document activities in Agile/WorkBook
Candidate Requirements.
- Min. 5-7 years of outside sales experience
- Proven experience designing, building, and implementing successful sales processes from the ground up (sales process/es were nonexistent before being built & implemented by you)
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Digital advertising/marketing experience preferred
- Comfortable making a high volume of weekly cold calls/drop ins
