 The Opportunity

The opportunity looks like this:  you’re passionate about learning and helping drive growth in people. You leverage your experience in sales to collaborate with our sales teams to find out what can help make them the best they can be. This might be tactical things like pipeline development and grown or it might be helping them understand how to position our solutions to businesses. You’ll also work closely with an extremely committed and passionate team of learning professionals who focus on providing world-class support for the top payments company on the planet. You’ll have an opportunity to shape the direction of our programs and our sales teams, but you’ll also be challenged in new ways to stretch your own skills and experiences.

The Day-to-Day

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with leadership to develop alignment with business goals and learning initiatives
  • Develops complex training curriculum, strategies and programs
  • Facilitates formal and informal presentations to senior management, sales organization and other internal functions
  • Facilitates sales training for both short and long cycle sales with an emphasis on relationship sales
  • Provides guidance within the sales organization and shares best practices.
  • Coaches sales leaders and sellers on a variety of themes to help drive sales growth and personal/skills growth
  • Emphasis on soft skills training
  • Helps develop the vision for sales new hire programs and works to drive that vision forward through analysis feedback and offering new ideas to increase effectiveness.
  • Travels as necessary for in person meetings or training sessions.
