Senior Sales Operations Reporting Analyst

Position Description
The Senior Sales Operations Reporting Analyst will be responsible for supporting analytics programs and initiatives, including but not limited to dashboard creation, automation of reporting processes, data integrity, project management, working with the development team on system enhancements and business intelligence. The successful candidate will provide outstanding support for Senior Management, the Sales Organization and Sales Operations. This role provides challenge, variety, and exposure to several areas of the business.
The position requires analytical skills and a “can do” attitude, with eagerness to learn possible new tools requiring coding in different languages - ie, SAQL (similar to SQL and Pig Latin Query Language) and Python (similar to R). Forward looking, strong attention to detail and personal communication skills are critical, as this role demands constant interaction spanning several groups in Zayo and a partnership with IT.
Responsibilities
Curate efficient dashboards and lenses in Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM in Salesforce, providing insights for Senior Management, the Sales Organization and Sales Operations.
Create efficient reports in Salesforce.com for various needs and departments.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track success across the Sales Organization.
Analyze funnel, sales, business development and customer data to support Sales initiatives and programs.
Support data strategy and process improvement efforts by coordinating across Sales Operations and other departments.
Automate and simplify efforts using excel models and Einstein Analytics. Provide recommendations on Salesforce changes and system enhancements to improve processes and reporting, and work with Salesforce Development on requirements and testing.
Proactively communicate updates on progress to both management and the Sales Organization via Salesforce chatter, email and meetings.
Partner with cross-functional areas of the business to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
Provide analysis and support for Senior Management requests.
Develop feedback loops for dashboards and reports to ensure the tools and resources are capturing the evolving needs of Sales and Sales Operations.
Assist in ad-hoc analytics/reporting requests for Sales and Sales Operations.

Qualifications
Academic
Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree business analytics, operations, computer science, marketing, finance, business administration, economics, or related degree required
Masters in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Information Science or related field experience preferred
Coding:
Intermediate/Advanced Pig Latin Query Language/SAQL required
Intermediate/Advanced SQL required
Intermediate/Advanced Excel - VBA required
Intermediate/Advanced R/Python preferred
Work Experience
2-3+ years of experience in a Data Science or Data Analytics Role
Advanced knowledge of Einstein Analytics and/or Tableau
Intermediate/Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel
Advanced Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM tool
Strategic, analytical and program management skills.
Proficient with Google Suite
Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Ability to interact effectively with all personnel.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Autonomous yet comfortable teaming with others on various projects.

Base Salary Range- $65,600- $87,500
