KPA is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Business Analyst to support sales forecasting, analysis, reporting, operations, process, and systems.

 

You will report to the Sales Operations Director and work with the Client Success, Finance, Marketing, Product Management and Sales teams. Our Analyst will serve as a strategic partner and the front-line SFDC contact for internal clients, and he/she will be responsible for all aspects of sales order entry and management; weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting; sales process support; and commissions calculations. Sales, this role is vital to improving effectiveness, efficiency and productivity across Client Success, Marketing and Sales organizations.

 

The ideal candidate must be able to reinforce sales best practice and process diplomatically and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement when changes are needed. The candidate must be detailed oriented and be able to balance competing priorities.

 

This is a challenging, exciting role that will test your analytical and collaborative skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and resilience.

More specifically, you will:

  • Analyze and calculate subscription and non-recurring revenue and provide pre-sales guidance to the sales team.
  • Guide and train the client success, sales and marketing team on the most effective and strategic use of Salesforce.com.
  • Work with Finance and Product Management to automate all the product, pricing, and business rules to produce accurate and highly configured quotes, proposals and contracts so sales have everything they need to generate revenue.
  • Develop, implement and track business KPIs for the Sales & Marketing and Client Success organization.
  • Create new dashboards and enhance existing ones to increase impact, improve user experience and adoption, and provide visibility into the health of the organization;
  • Report regularly on bookings and retention, commissions, KPI performance and own adhoc projects, acting as a business partner to senior management.
  • Manage and drive processes KTBR (Keep the Business Running) activities such as converting leads, creating accounts, maintaining data hygiene.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of order management and sales operations experience.
  • 2+ years of business intelligence, dashboarding, reporting, and data analysis experience.
  • 2+ years as a Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Prior experience with Einstein Analytics, InsightSquared, Power BI, Tableau or comparable data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, sales operations strategy, and excellent understanding of reporting and forecasting best practices, territory management, and compensation management.
  • Proficiency working with Salesforce.com, MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation

  • Base salary between $75 - 80K
  • Targeted annual bonus of 10%
