The Senior Manager, Inside Sales will play a critical role in driving growth for FRONTSTEPS as the sales leader for our Community Operations business, working daily with the CEO, CTO, and CMO. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly energetic and metrics driven with a proven track record of building high performing sales teams and driving inside sales growth. In this role you will be focused on driving new business and expanding our sales within the existing base.
What is required:
- 5+ years leading an inside sales team with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for a technology company.
- Ability to motivate and develop inside sales reps and drive their daily performance and activity through day to day activity and performance metrics.
- Capability to create, develop and manage territories across hunters, farmers and account development roles.
- Ability to think strategically about the business and work constructively with the FRONTSTEPS leadership team to create winning sales plans.
- Sales technology proficiencies including SalesForce.
- An ability to execute.
What would be great to have:
- Software as a Service (SaaS) experience preferably with SMB and Mid-Size enterprises.
- Experience in the Property Management, Payments or HOA industries.
- SalesForce.com expertise creating and running reports, dashboards and forecast metrics.
Other Skills and Qualifications:
