Job Description:
As a Senior Manager, Channel Operations, this person will be a key contributor in shaping the success of RingCentral's Award-Winning Partner Program. This is a great position for a person who thrives in a high-growth environment managing teams to produce key analytics and insights to power commercial business functions. In this role, he or she will be the go-to leader for sales reporting and analytics for the global channel sales organization and RingCentral's sales partners.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the sales reporting and analytics leader for RingCentral's global channel sales organization.
- Manage a team of seven analysts dedicated to supporting the specific reporting requirements of RingCentral's channel sales teams and partners.
- Develop and execute regular presentations with senior executives on key performance Indicators of the channel sales business.
- Become a subject matter expert on RingCentral's Channel Program
- Interact directly with global strategic partners to understand business needs and drive enhancements to the overall reporting and operations experience for all RingCentral sales partners.
- Lead the operational measurement of key short-term and long-term channel sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, direct sales and IT to validate and implement cutting edge go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to senior executives and key constituents across the business daily.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (finance, business, information systems preferred)
- 2-5 years of previous experience managing a team (preferably geographically distributed team)
- 5-10 years of experience in developing complex analytics to support sales or channel sales organizations
- Highly proficient in utilizing business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI and Alteryx
- Possesses a player/coach mentality with high-degree of leadership, but the ability to roll-up his or her sleeves to develop solutions
- Experienced in utilizing Salesforce CRM
- Must be comfortable in the development and delivery of executive-level presentations
- Experience with a technology, UCaaS or SaaS company
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Experience working in a fast-pace environment
- Self-motivated, able to problem solve and provide great work with limited supervision
- Excellent time-management and decision-making skill with a strong attention to detail
- Must be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to bring new ideas to the business.
