The Senior Leader -- Partnership Management is an active, ambitious person who identifies and develops key account alliances and relationship programs designed to create fruitful sales opportunities. In order to expand our service to our key clients and partners, he/she will be adept and knowledgeable in Worldpay's offerings and a creative force in coming up with new approaches to established customers.

The Day-to-Day

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, creates and manages key-account/business relationships with select companies to develop solutions and/or create complementary products/services to produce sales opportunities.
  • Defines mutual goals and objectives and builds awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance.
  • Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships.
  • Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships.
  • Establishes metrics to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance.
  • Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.
  • Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Participates with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives.
  • Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations effective achievement of objectives.
  • Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs and people.
  • Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
  • Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area through several department leaders within the company.
  • Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities and recommending and implementing changes to methods.

Qualifications:

  • Exeprience in partnership management
  • Background in payments is strongly preferred
  • Experience growing and expanding ISV relationships
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Typically 10+ years in parntership management
