Senior Implementation Consultant - Remote (Nationwide)

Our Client Services team specializes in helping companies identify issues, provide process design suggestions, and ultimately, find a better way. Our experience with hundreds of customers using Workiva has given us unique insight into the core business problems plaguing many professionals. Our Senior Implementation Consultants (Senior Solutions Architects) have worked with teams on a wide variety of processes, from compliance reporting within Dodd-Frank mandates to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) to monthly close and budget planning reports.
For this particular opportunity: French, Spanish, or Portuguese languages would be a bonus (not required).
The Senior Solutions Architect offers expertise while directly interfacing with customers to listen and gather customer requirements for needed services. Working closely with customers and internal teams from Sales, Product Development and Customer Success, the Senior Solutions Architect develops solutions within current Workiva products to meet customer needs. The Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for listening to customer challenges and gathering customer requirements in order to develop consulting services to enable our customers to better leverage current Workiva products.
What You'll Do
Solutions Development: The Solutions Architect interacts with customers to determine their needs and develops solutions with current Workiva products to meet those needs
Consults with customers to determine their challenges and requirements
Creates custom demo solutions for customers and prospective customers
Provides project and relationship management to larger customers with broader needs
Collects feedback and learnings from customer service engagements to be leveraged in fixed scope, fixed fee services
Directly interfaces with customers and demonstrates complex solutions
Collects feedback from the field and provides it to Product Marketing and Product Development
Strong knowledge of Workiva products through a commitment to ongoing training
What You'll Need
Education
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
Skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to influence at all levels and in various departments
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
Technical capacity- attention to detail
Time management
Ability to collect and analyze data
Ability to build internal and external relationships, partnerships and business development
Advanced computer technology skills including SQL, JSON, REST in addition to Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace applications
Master of Workiva applications
Proven problem solving skills and business acumen
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Strong presentation and phone skills
Proven success with customer service
Experience
5+ years of experience in services delivery preferred
Travel Requirements
Travel required 50-75% travel to meet with customers, vendors, suppliers or attend trade shows
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
How You'll Be Rewarded
Base Pay Range in Colorado: $85,000 - $127,000
An incentive typically paid quarterly
Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
