Job Description:

brightfin is a fast-growing company looking to add a results-driven Senior Director of Sales to our growing sales team! Responsibilities and Duties

· Understand brightfin’s suite of solutions and the value that we provide to our customers

· Continue growing and managing a team, developing the next generation of talent at brightfin, and recruit & build a balanced and diverse team

· Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive operational excellence

· Monitor and refine processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success

· Drive Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Development, Operations, Finance, and Product

· Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline targets

· Leverage data to identify areas of focus and improvement

· Define a clear and compelling annual plan, drive a culture of strong accountability & execution, orientation towards developing new customer accounts and expanding existing ones

· Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship

· Ensure that team metrics are aligned with the broader organizational objectives

· Forecast your line of business for the next 2+ quarters

· “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

· Frequent knowledge sharing with teammates to ensure we are always learning

 

Qualifications and Skills

· 3+ years of direct B2B SaaS sales experience in which you navigated buying committees, procurement teams, and successfully closed Fortune 1000 accounts

· 3+ years of management experience including coaching and mentoring reps in all aspects of the sales process

· Experience in building, & scaling sales organizations

· The desire to lead, coach, motivate and develop others around you. You have a passion for developing talent and coaching a team to success while building an energetic environment where people love to come to work every day

· Strong innovation skills - you will think of innovative ways to boost conversion rates and drive revenue

· Strong communication skills - this role will require consistent communication with leaders across the organization

· Domain expertise of Enterprise SaaS business models preferred, particularly connection points between sales and marketing

· You appreciate structure and process and are a data-driven, servant leader

· Define critical drivers of success and design playbooks, career paths, and appropriate measurements for the sales organization

· Consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business case and ROI, strategic account planning and execution skills

· Excellent operational/analytical skills - reporting, forecasting, data analysis skills; operations management experience

 

Compensation and Benefits:

· Compensation is DEO: $125,000-$145,000 per year + up to $110,000 per year in variable compensation.

Our office is located on prime real estate, right next to Top Golf in Centennial. The office is easily accessible via RTD bus and rail transit system.
