Overview

As the Senior Director of Partner Sales you will have the opportunity to help build the channel and partner program for a rapidly growing software company in the Vista Equity portfolio. In support of this you will have the opportunity to leverage resources from Vista’s unparalleled operations team, as well as Channel Leadership colleagues from the other 60+ portfolio companies. Going forward, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our strategic partnerships and activities. This individual will be responsible for leading strategic channel partnership initiatives with enterprise organizations, in addition to identifying potential channel partners across a variety of clusters, by industry, geography, and customer segment. Will partner with sales leaders across the organization to ensure all processes are consistent with the organization's long-range strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support.
  • Ensure our Channel Partners have the enablement that they need to effectively sell and service FWI products.
  • Conduct regular sales training sessions, partner sales enablement activities and webinars.
  • When necessary, conduct joint customer visits with channel partners to present and promote FWI solutions.
  • Provide regular updates to sales management on status of existing partners as well as potential opportunities.
  • Communicate regularly with our partners (existing and potential) on new products, services and potential new programs
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop and implement a channel program with a strong identity, necessary partner tools, partner portal and effective sales programs.
  • Ensure sales teams of partners know, available solutions or expertise and who, how and where we can leverage these partners to drive growth in our accounts.
  • Generate sales revenue by promoting FWI products and services to partners.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry and customers to identify and propose unique solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships based on trust, integrity, and customer satisfaction to effectively drive sales and repeat business with Channel Partners.

Qualifications

Requirements for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
  • 10+ years of experience in a sales or channel management role, preferably in the software, SaaS, or high-tech environment. 
  • Digital signage or related industry experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility, clearly articulate a value proposition, data focused & target driven.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multi-faceted, complex sales teams. 
  • Solid forecasting philosophy, track record, skills, and activity management toward a required outcome.

The compensation package will be aligned to each candidate’s experience and qualifications. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
