Nymbl is looking for an outstanding Senior Customer Success Manager to own our B2B relationships in our senior living business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of older adults, an exceptional ability to understand and drive business while building relationships, and a proven work history of customer success. 
 

WHO WE ARE

Our mission is to prevent 1 million falls. We are challenging the belief that older is less.

Nymbl is a Colorado-based digital health startup that produces the Nymbl Balance System, a comprehensive software solution to improve balance and prevent falls among older adults. Every 17 seconds someone falls and goes to the ER, costing $50 billion per year. Most of these falls are preventable, and we aim to make a big dent in this problem. We want to enable older adults to live fuller, more engaging lives for longer.

Nymbl Science was founded in Colorado in 2016, and we’re well on our way to improving balance and health on a global scale. Here are a few highlights:

  • Raised a seed round of funding
  • Dozens of paying senior living communities
  • Launching with multiple health plans in the next few months

You love building healthy, strong, and lasting relationships with customers. You understand what drives a business and how to deliver on the customer’s definition of success. You are great at listening and can deep dive into problems to understand the root cause and not just the symptoms.

You have the flexibility to turn anything into a success. As a young company, we don’t have a process for everything and sometime things just don’t go right. You have the ability to turn stumbling blocks into relationship-builders with our customers.

You find it thrilling to imagine being a critical team member of a fast-paced startup environment where learning and iterating happens daily. You understand that being on a small team means a lot of doing.

You have absolutely top-notch communication and attention to detail. Much of your responsibility will involve written and verbal communication. You must be both personable and analytical.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR NYMBL POSITION

  • Manage and execute the entire customer success cycle from onboarding new customers to renewing and expanding business
  • Execute an onboarding process that ensures effective product adoption
  • Increase customer retention through regular check-ins for tactical items, quarterly strategic reviews, and goal-setting for the short and long terms
  • Track accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to eliminate that risk
  • Work collaboratively with Sales to develop a plan to make Nymbl a cornerstone of each customer’s offerings
  • Work closely with Product to function as the customer’s advocate and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve our customers
  • Constant self-education on the senior living market
  • Build a customer success team as Nymbl grows
  • Travel as necessary to ensure account success

 

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • The highest level of integrity
  • 3+ years of proven customer success experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build a customer success process through the full cycle
  • An understanding of startup environment and willingness to break through walls
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive proactively
  • Top-notch attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel as needed
