Challenges You Will Solve
Our ideal Senior Business Solutions Architect is passionate about Salesforce as a customer data management tool to implement great processes across multi-functional teams, and knows the best architecture practices across multiple tools for a growing SaaS company. Your work with our revenue tool infrastructure will help our teams do what’s right for our customers!
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Salesforce Administrators and other Admins across our revenue tools
- Responsible for data governance, integrity and architectural flow between systems
- Establish a team of administrators across multiple tools
- Lead ongoing review of current processes and identify gaps to improve overall user experience
- Lead new system evaluations, integrations and overall application and system structure for revenue supporting teams
- Cross team collaboration to ensure processes and requirements are not causing issues up or downstream
- Help your team manage work items in a scrum sprint process, and ensure priority items are being worked
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience a Salesforce administrator
- Experience with tool integrations to Salesforce: Marketo, Bizible, SalesLoft, ChurnZero, Zendesk
- Salesforce Administrator, CPQ or Platform App Builder Certification
- Understanding of sales and customer success processes and operations
- Prefer Salesforce CPQ Experience
- Knowledge and experience of Agile software development practices, specifically Scrum
Targeted Compensation Range (salary/uncapped commission): $170,000- $210,000 +bonus eligibility and equity.
