Senior Account Manager (Remote - US)

You will work hand in hand with our Directors/VP of Sales to support the pricing and feasibility requests of our Media Agency, Publisher, and Brand clients. Your focus will be to gain experience, build relationships and grow the business as a valued member of the sales team
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Directors/VP of Sales team to handle daily client RFPs.
- Growing revenue and win rates by assisting sales reps and working directly with clients.
- Assisting Project Management to troubleshoot any live projects issues to ensure success.
- Consistently demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
- Maintain and track individual key performance objectives.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Market Research and sales support experience required
- Experience with Brands, Media Agencies and Publishers preferred
- Ad Testing or Campaign Measurement experience preferred
- Demonstrate strong analytical/problem solving and organizational skills.
- Must to able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize opportunities based on client needs while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and skilled in using web-based applications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and similar CRM programs highly desired
