POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an Account Manager to ensure that AdAction maximizes revenue from a portfolio of active gaming clients. The successful applicant will be able to communicate effectively with game developers and will be responsible for all up selling, cross-selling, renewal, and win-back activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and maximize growth opportunities from a portfolio of active gaming clients
- Utilize knowledge of AdAction's products and industry news/trends to answer client questions and speak to any concerns
- Proactively create performance reports and proposals to educate clients on current campaigns and new opportunities that align with their business objectives
- Maintain account records using Salesforce
- Advocate on behalf of clients to internally escalate any concerns and reasonable requests
- Analyze campaign results, report progress, and identify optimization opportunities on all active campaigns
- Continuously work with management to refine growth, win-back, and renewal strategies
- Translate client objectives into action items for the Ad Operations and the Performance Media teams
- Negotiate contracts and pursue long term relationships with clients
- Manage multiple aspects of the advertiser relationship including re-engagement, price negotiations, and campaign launches
- Contribute to best practices and internal processes for the gaming division
- Monitor daily metrics, campaign performance, and traffic quality to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Coordinate activities and resources among internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance as needed
- Represent AdAction at designated trade shows and conferences
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 to 5 years client management or sales experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Must be results-oriented and possess an entrepreneurial spirit which thrives in a demanding, fast-paced work environment
- Motivated individual, with a positive attitude, who consistently strives to achieve goals in a manner exceeding expectations
- Highly analytical and attentive to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Mobile, AdTech, gaming, or digital media related background, a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events (roughly 3-5 time per year)
