We’re growing — fast — and we need someone to help us continue to grow our business. That’s where you come in. This is a rare opportunity to work with an award-winning digital marketing agency (really, we’re on the Moz Top 50 for SEO and were named a top AdWords agency by Google) to help potential clients understand how we can take their eCommerce business to the next level.

 

Your Mission:

  • Know what you’re selling. Like any good salesperson, you understand the basics of digital marketing. No, you don’t have to be an expert, (that’s what our strategists are for) but you do have to have a foundation.
  • Quickly establish rapport and trust with clients from all different industries and from all over the globe, then sell, sell, sell.
  • Manage the sales process and pipeline, from prospects to leads to actual clients.
  • Engineer of sales: Work with our subject matter experts on sales engineering efforts to create all-star sales presentations and mind-blowing insights.
  • Onboard new clients and make them feel welcome. Keep your finger on the pulse of current and upcoming projects to nurture further growth.
  • Eyes on the prize. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Determine client needs and how we can meet them. Maintain and build those relationships. 
  • Charmer extraordinaire - attend digital marketing conferences and events and chat with people about what Inflow does and why we’re awesome.

 

What You Must Have:

  • Four-year degree in marketing, advertising or communications. 
  • Don’t have that? Demonstrate relevant experience and you shall be considered.
  • 5 years applicable sales experience
  • 2 years applicable digital marketing experience in a sales capacity, including, but not limited to: account management, SEO, paid online advertising, conversion rate optimization, and content/email marketing.
  • Seriously. Did we mention that we’re a marketing agency? You must be able to talk about the technical aspects of digital marketing. Smarts sell.
  • Organizational optimist with outstanding project and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Awards get boring, eh? So what’s our story?

Mike Belasco (great guy whose daughter is obsessed with Star Wars) founded the company back in 2003 when he saw this huge, honkin, Royal-Gorge size gap between agency offerings and client needs. Originally, seOverflow (our previous brand) was just that—an SEO outsourcing company. Now we bring inbound marketing (i.e. omni-channel marketing that puts the customer first with deliberate, non-interruption-based tactics) to the ecommerce world.  It’s no-mans land, but we like it a lot.

Oh and don’t mess with Mike. His grandfather engineered the first space shuttle toilet and he doesn’t eat raspberries. No one knows why.
