Who You Are:

As our Account Executive, you will be part of our exciting and growing company and will help promote the power of our video development services – streamlining our customers' business processes, making them more productive and successful. The Sales Rep will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, pursuing opportunities and closing deals with new and existing clients as well as with targeted accounts within their sales territory.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Connect with pre-qualified opportunities
  • Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar and face to face
  • Build, qualify and manage internal pipeline database of opportunities, accounts and contacts
  • Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities within targeted industries
  • Manage all phases of the business development cycles to successful sales close (including proposal development, implementation estimating, scope construction, and client presentations)
  • Develop long term relationships with clients in sales region to continue to service their video development needs after the first engagement
  • Proactively approach the market segment through active leadership in industry and community organizations
  • Meet and exceed revenue quotas & service bookings
  • Ability to handle high volume of calls/opps/emails per day.
  • Travel required and understanding of remote work

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ Years experience in B2B sales
  • Experience managing sales cycles and pipeline
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions.  

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
  • Outstanding and professional written, verbal and presentation communications skills as well as a strong command of the English language
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, team environment as well as on your own
  • Consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate a strong business case and ROI of our video development services
  • Ability to work to work remotely in the USA
