Senior Account Coordinator

Over the last 5 years, AdCellerant has grown from a few founders to a team of 75 talented, hard-working individuals leading the industry in supporting local marketers. This team helps execute sophisticated digital advertising campaigns in Programmatic, Native, Video, Mobile, Search Engine Marketing, Email, and Search Engine Optimization.
Now active in 5 countries and over 300 markets, the AdCellerant team is looking to hire a Senior Account Coordinator to help the team execute on its 2020 budget initiatives, primarily to grow, maintain and execute digital proposals for our partners. The Senior Account Coordinator will be responsible for helping lead a team of account coordinators, alongside the VP of Sales and Senior Account managers. This position will include both executing digital advertising proposals as a single contributor, and coaching the team in developing strategic advertising proposals, explaining digital advertising solutions and products, and answering partner and advertiser questions about AdCellerant’s processes and platforms. This individual will be a self-starter, hard worker, and collaborator.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategy: Set the tone for the Account Coordinator team and work with the VP of Sales to document and establish workflow, tasks, team KPIs and best practices, as needed.
- Execution: Work as an Account Coordinator, executing proposals as assigned partners request them. Coach the Account Coordinator team to follow best practices and identify roadblocks to the successful execution of our growing volume of Business Development and Account Management proposals, onboarding tasks and other duties.
- Lead weekly team meetings
- Communicate weekly with the operations team on each respective team’s needs, identifying opportunities for efficiency between ops and sales
- Monitor proposal volume daily, monthly and quarterly to benchmark and identify trends
- Assist with proposal tracking, sales initiatives and other duties as needed
- Communication: Internal communication with the team will be a crucial responsibility of this role to ensure the team is clear on executing its goals and completing tasks related to the account coordinator position, and as assigned. External communication will include speaking with partners to clarify proposal requests or a number of questions associated with those requests or other services AdCellerant offers.
- Reporting: Providing status updates to the VP of Sales weekly on proposal volume as well as monthly and quarterly reports that contain more detail on RFP trends, volume by partner, account coordinator and any related items to help us improve processes and efficiency.

- Troubleshooting: When problems arise, it will be necessary to perform troubleshooting steps to ensure that issues are properly resolved. Also, it will be part of your responsibility to document best practices so if the same issue arises in the future the team is better prepared to handle it.
Qualifications
- Experience working and communicating with clients and internal customers focused on digital marketing, data, operations and/or advertising performance conversations

- BA/BS degree or equivalent
