As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect, you will be consulting with customers on technical and business challenges related to marketing efforts and designing solutions involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Marketing Automation platforms.

The Healthgrades enterprise data platform will enable health systems to create a holistic patient view, eliminate data silos, and improve patient experience. This enterprise platform will bring together once disparate data into a single platform, breaking down data silos and making data more useful across an entire organization. The Healthgrades data platform will also serve as the underlying data management solution for powering Healthgrades CRM and other customer experience execution systems while enabling health systems to reach beyond traditional efforts to improve and manage patient experience and patient engagement.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Consult with customers on technical and business challenges related to marketing efforts, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud as the solution
  • Dig into complex requirements and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design data architecture and solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, validate against client use cases, and execute on design
  • Incorporate multi-platform and/or multi-channel requirements in architectural design
  • Clearly and articulately document technical solutions and integrations (i.e. data design documents, code samples, screenshots, etc.)
  • Configure Marketing Cloud data and contact schema, including designing business unit structure and hierarchy
  • Develop emails, landing pages, preference centers, journeys, automations, and SQL queries as required to implement solutions
  • Present high-level overviews of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and integration capabilities to clients or internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a technical liaison to product teams to support custom and/or atypical initiatives
  • Assist in scoping by providing hours and effort estimates for potential projects
  • Lead client-facing conversations, particularly requirements gathering and presenting solutions

 

What You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
  • 3+ years SQL development experience - reading and writing SQL
  • 3+ years experience building solutions in Marketing Cloud
  • Proficient in AMPscript development for emails and CloudPages
  • Proficient working with SOAP and REST based APIs
  • Experience leading client facing conversations
  • Experience in a lead capacity
  • Working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud
  • Must possess Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Email Specialist certifications
  • Proficient with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, XML, and Server-Side JavaScript
  • Expert knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud data architecture, contact management, and integration with external data sources
  • Experience in Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and/or Social Studio
  • Experience in other Salesforce products a plus, including: DMP/Audience Studio, Mulesoft, Datorama, Interaction Studio
  • Knowledge of Eloqua or other Marketing Automation platforms a plus
  • Hands-on Health Cloud experience a huge plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 annually*
  • Bonus: up to 5% annually
