*This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity*

Healthgrades is focused on providing trusted information that allows consumers and providers to make meaningful connections. As a Salesforce Implementation Specialist, you will lead implementations of Salesforce products for Healthgrades clients and serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert to internal stakeholders. You will work directly with the Healthgrades implementation team and external clients to evaluate business needs and build solutions in Salesforce.

What You Will Do:

• Lead requirements gathering, discovery sessions, and implementation of Salesforce Sales, Service, and/or Health Clouds for Healthgrades customers
• Understand and translate client requirements to applicable system configurations, test scripts and other artifacts required for implementation
• Present high-level overviews of Salesforce architecture and integration capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders
• Serve as a technical liaison to product teams to support product enhancements or custom solutions as-needed
• Assist product team in prioritizing and executing on new feature requests or enhancements relating to integration with Salesforce products
• Execute solution design activities such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design and rule logic definition in the context of the Salesforce application
• Complete Salesforce system administrator functions as needed
• Incorporate multi-platform and/or multi-channel requirements while developing solutions
• Assist in scoping by providing hours and effort estimates for potential projects

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum o­f 3 years experience in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Health Clouds, including Salesforce Administrator and Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
• End-to-end Salesforce implementation knowledge
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including leading large-group presentations with confidence
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Bonus: Hands-on Health Cloud experience, experience in other Salesforce products (DMP/Audience Studio, Mulesoft, Datorama), and knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Eloqua
• Willing to travel up to once per quarter
