What is this opportunity?
Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

Take ownership and partner internally on the operation, performance, and optimization of the company’s Salesforce environment and its integration with other critical systems.

Collaborate with internal teams/stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support, Technology, Finance, etc.) to ensure our Salesforce environment supports current state and future state functionality and performance requirements.

Share Salesforce administration responsibilities with other team members and build net new functionality, including user management, workflows, processes, approvals, reports, dashboards and custom configurations as part of a diverse cross functional team.

Understand data from variety sources and integrate with other systems (i.e. Marketo, Talend, Data Warehouse, Xactly and Zuora).

Maintain data hygiene and adherence to data governance best practices.

Complete regular internal system/data audits and prepare and execute upgrades and releases.

Proactively look for ways to track and optimize end-to-end sales processes within systems

Assist in implementing new system processes and workflows

What are we requiring for this role?

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related or equivalent
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and Configuration 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality 
  • Demonstrated experience with improving processes and effectiveness of Salesforce.com platform 
  • Experience transforming requirements into actionable user stories that exceed acceptance criteria
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and complex problem solving
  • Ability to see projects from both a big-picture and task-specific point of view 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities to meet project objectives
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder at all levels

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Education and/or Experience

  • Strongly prefer Salesforce Certifications in Admin, Advanced Admin, App Cloud Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, etc.
