You will join our team to enhance, maintain and support our Salesforce instance and surrounding processes that enable our organization to thrive. Sound knowledge of Salesforce configuration/customization, combined with creative problem solving and workflow design will be the secret to your success. What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the ongoing deployment and implementation of Salesforce.com across the organization.
- Working closely with platform users, supported departments, IT, Salesforce, and third parties to ensure the performance and functionality of the platform;
- Customizing the platform as needed and supporting the maintenance of integration points with related applications
- Authoring and maintaining all related system documentation including requirements, process flows, use cases and instance update announcements
- Preparing user training materials and conducting periodic training sessions
- Stretching yourself professionally by jumping into unfamiliar territory whenever necessary
- Handle all basic administrative functions including data integrity, user account maintenance, reports & dashboards, and workflows
- Serve as the front line of support for internal users including fielding questions and troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Provide support and QA testing for complex internal projects and implementations, prior to deployment
- Run regular system audits and prepare for major releases
What it takes for success in this role:
- At least 2 years of experience in a management consulting firm with client facing responsibility
- Experience with customization, reporting and maintenance of enterprise grade Salesforce installations – extra points for Administrator Certification
- SaaS industry experience – where adoption, transformation and usage are the goals you have with your business partners
- A mind that thinks beyond the tactical activity to see the business impact of the work you do
- Uncommonly detail oriented – not even one misplaced comma escapes your eagle eye
