Joining our US team will be exciting for you if you enjoy helping merchants focus on what they do best. The role of a Salesforce Administrator is to improve the data integrity of our SFDC instance while playing a critical role in helping our global FinTech start-up to scale effectively in the US. Your impact is the design and implementation of the ongoing updates and enhancements of the SFDC solution, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.

The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify and deploy new business processes including: Onboarding, Payments, Verification, Risk, Finance, Logistic, Sales and other business teams in the US. This position builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to the adoption of the best solution. Specifically, this role helps guide teams to successfully deliver the Salesforce-centric project.

Your role and responsibilities


  • You will manage the ongoing improvement and continuous support of our US Salesforce (SFDC) instance, as well as systems that are closely integrated with Salesforce.com
  • You will significantly contribute to overall Salesforce design, roadmap, project management, and business requirements
  • You will drive Salesforce platform management tasks such as building and maintaining reports, fields, page layouts, dashboards as well as other functions
  • You will work closely with sales, risk & anti-fraud, customer experience, and marketing leadership to establish, document and implement various CRM-related processes as well as own KPI reporting and dashboards
  • You will develop and manage profiles and hierarchies data quality and migration 
  • You will automate lead provisioning and distribution in Salesforce.com
  • You will provide and develop ad-hoc and ongoing reporting to business leaders
  • You will provide SFDC technical support and training

What we are looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as SFDC Administrator working with Sales, Channel and Marketing functional areas
  • Certifications as a Salesforce.com Admin and App Builder, or other Salesforce.com Certifications - big plus!
  • Business Analysis experience in a high-tech (preferable software) company is desired
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or relevant experience will be considered
  • Strong analytical, and conceptual skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
