The Opportunity: 

(Contract through 12/31/20, 40/hr a week)

Pay rate: Dependent upon experience

Mersive is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to plan, develop, maintain, and manage efficient business solutions and operating systems in support of core organizational functions. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements for teams using the Salesforce and NetSuite platforms. Currently, integrations are setup using the Celigo platform.

A successful candidate must have experience defining and optimizing business processes, system requirements, and managing implementations in the following areas: Sales Order Operations, Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service. The position liaises with both the business and technical teams to determine the scope, timeline and budgetary impacts of new features and enhancements, as well as provide production support, to help maximize the benefit of system investments.

 Essential Job Function:

  • Ability to perform Salesforce.com (and other appropriate) configurations and data analysis with deep knowledge of: Sales and Service clouds, Console, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Views, Chatter, Flows, Process Builder, Metadata, Services, APIs, Mobile, Forecasting, Reporting/Dashboards/Analytics, Integrations and more.
  • Use technical expertise to design, develop (program), test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Learn, analyze, and document complex system configurations, data movement, and business impact.
  • Developing core understanding of the integration of all business and technology systems.
  • Become the subject matter expert on system interactions and impact.
  • Staying up to date on the latest process and advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Process Mappings, Data Mappings and Models, Data Flows, and User Stories.
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Cooperate and collaborate with outside vendors to ensure that Mersive operations has the best possible outcome

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • 4+ years of enterprise experience including in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com platforms configuration, architecture, and implementation best practices
  • Able to juggle multiple assignments, acting as leader or contributor, working with multiple groups in different parts of the organization.
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, Workbench)
  • Experience in Salesforce Lightning (LEX) components and UI

Desired Qualifications/Experience: 

  • Can navigate around NetSuite and understand its high-level architecture
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies specifically of Celigo SmartConnector v2 and Integrator.IO products
  • Experience and understanding of API connections (specifically web API and the salesforce.com open API) and familiarity with AppExchange
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI data connections
  • Salesforce Admin Certifications (ADM 201, ADM 211), or ability to attain certification Salesforce Community and/or Service Cloud Certification(s)
