Position Description
The Sales Training Specialist will coordinate and support our pre-onboarding, onboarding, and training program for our new Sales, Solution Engineers, and Business Development new hires. You will act as host to sales new hires for their three-week onboarding and training in Boulder, CO. You’ll be responsible for ensuring new sales employees receive proper training to meet their responsibilities successfully, track progress, and identify any issues with training methods and make suggestions for improvements as needed. Your duties will include training, scheduling, coordinating SME trainers, and overseeing all Sales, Solution Engineers, and Business Development onboarding and training.

Responsibilities
Act as host to new hires for their new hire onboarding and training in Boulder, CO as well as held remotely via Zoom
Coordinate and manage all pre-onboarding / onboarding communication
Develop and deliver training on systems and internal sales concepts
Create, manage, and distribute three-week training schedule and calendars
Ensure pre-onboarding logistics complete (new-hire package orders, Peer Mentor assignment, all sales trainings, training space logistics)
Partner with and coordinate presenters from cross-functional teams (Tranzact, SE’s, Product & Legal) to train new sales employees
Collect and report on feedback from trainees and managers about training content, engagement, instructor feedback and progress
Assist with training tools and content
Provide internal training updates to the organization through Salesforce Chatter
Manage training website
Develop, enhance, and deliver training quizzes
Maintain updated training material, curricula and resources and suggest improvements
Conduct quarterly skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement for ENGAGE training
Coordinate and oversee bi-monthly data center tours
Maintain and update certifications and Salesforce badge distribution
Provide administrative support for all Sales employee training as needed
Manage additional Sales programs/initiatives as needed
Report on training program effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training experience
Salesforce experience desired
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact effectively with all personnel
Solid communication, presentation abilities, and highly responsive
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities, remote trainings
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office and /or Google applications, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google sheets, Zoom
Ability to learn new technology quickly
High energy with a strong work ethic
Pro-active autonomous yet comfortable teaming with others on various projects
Additional certification in training is a plus
Must be approachable and available in the Boulder office
