A little about the role…
You will work directly for the VP of Sales or Sales Manager in assisting with the management of a team of Account Executives focused on converting net new business for the company. Your primary tow points of focus will be on the training, coaching, and mentoring of your team along with your individual sales targets. The Sales Team Lead will work with Sales Leadership to build a winning culture and contribute to the overall sales initiatives of the Organization.
What You Will Do…
- Interact with AE’s to mange effort and effectiveness
- Work as an Individual Contributor in your own territory, working to attain quota
- Continue to learn product and sales process to meet company goals
- Coach and mentor AE’s to continue to develop product and sales process expertise
- Participate in Sales Leadership meetings and provide bottom up feedback from AE perspective
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations when needed
- Monitor and coach calls and demos
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have…
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing ,or Related Area
- 2-5 years successful sales experience as an individual contributor (tech preferred)
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving, skills combined with a bias towards action.

- Works well in a team environment
- Coachable but also willing to contribute expertise

Salary
$50k-65k DOE + variable commission
Location
This position is based in our Denver office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine or have a medical exemption or religious accommodation. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver office a few days a week.
