The Sales Support Specialist is a dedicated, comprehensive resource for the Quality Solutions Team to support client development and the delivery of marketing collateral and other contracted assets for the Quality Solutions products. This includes Quality Rating Analysis presentation generation, Ratings Release Support, facilitating and tracking lead generation campaigns,  maintaining the Quality Distribution Center,  Marketing collateral review, and  Tracking and Reporting support via creation and distribution of Client Engagement reports.
 
What you will do:
  • Be a subject matter expert across all Quality Solutions products
  • Manage the Quality Rating Analysis (QRA) request process and generate all QRA presentations.
  • Fulfill contracted marketing materials via Workbook tool, including trophies, banners, posters, certificates, banner stands, and other related collateral
  • Serve as liaison between marketing creative, and automation for Quality Distribution Center materials, lead generation campaigns and content, infographics and other collateral deliverables
  • Create and manage bulk trophy orders for entire Hospital Sales division as well as manage trophy vendor relationship
  • Preparation, distribution and approval of award assets and other marketing collateral in the Quality Distribution Center (QDC); communicate availability to Sales organization
  • Create contact lists for Lead Generation campaigns and manage collection and distribution of Lead Generation leads to Directors of Quality Solutions Team
  • Tracking and reporting on contracted deliverables and marketing collateral including Salesforce reports and maintenance
  • Create Master Ratings & Awards report and Master Licensed and Eligible report to support all ratings release activities, client contracted deliverables and lead generation
  • Manage the Ad Review process, approve standard messaging ads, track approvals, update Salesforce and maintain library
  • Custom messaging research and creation for new and additional sales and press release customization for clients
  • Managing the Quality Distribution Center including URL’s for client use, FAQ’s, Infographics, award images, awards, and rating methodology
  • Technical Leadership assistance with training new employees, answer client and internal stakeholder questions, and developing processes and identifying areas for improvement

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to train co-workers on policies, processes, and best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce and project management software, such as Workfront
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
