You are an engaged, enthusiastic communicator who can move future customers through the early stages of intrigue toward intense interest. This is our “start up” phase. The Team:


Thryve is the first smart texting platform for churches and other faith-based non profits. Powered by natural language processing, Thryve allows organizations to build more life-changing relationships without complicated tech getting in the way. As for the Thryve team? We are a small, but fast growing, group that likes to help serve those on the front lines making a difference in their communities. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prequalifying and screening identified leads to ensure that they are indeed future customers
  • Working the phones excites you as an opportunity to win, not a responsibility
  • Converting qualified lead opportunities by conducting demos, being a technical expert in our field, identifying decision makers, and moving quickly so deals close in 14 days or less
  • Always on the lookout for untapped markets and new verticals that need our help, by capturing feedback on the front lines
  • Creatively navigating complex organizational structures to find your ideal target contacts
  • Carefully tracking your activity so that no target is left behind
  • Being data oriented is a must
  • Planning each day precisely to maximize every golden minute
  • Helping to refine a sales process for maximum scalability
  • Responding to client and team member requests – sometimes before they ask!
  • Engaging in training both 1:1 and with peers.
  • You know that you don’t know everything and want to sharpen your skills

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Understanding of SAAS environment and/or relevant industry knowledge; understanding of the church/faith community not required but a plus
  • Consistent performance that meets or exceeds sales goals
  • You genuinely like people – making connections, solving problems, listening and helping them achieve their objectives – it’s just the way you are wired!
  • A mature, independent and resourceful mind – keen problem solving ability and an internally competitive spirit – you only care about beating your last personal best and recognize that we win and lose as a team
  • Follow up and Follow through – you return ALL calls, respond promptly to email requests and make yourself available even when you aren’t at your desk – you thrive in a connected world.
  • Organized, diligent and wildly productive working from your home office.
  • Passionate about helping your customers build strong and sustainable relationships with their audience
  • You “own” your work and the results. You are a self-starter. You are an independent worker. 

  • Comp Range : 60k-95k on target earnings, no cap on bonus potential
