Envysion, a leading provider of video-based SaaS technology solutions for retailers, including fast casual restaurants, convenience stores and wireless dealers, is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative. We want you to join our team if you have a passion for building strong client relationships, understanding client business operations, and just simply want to help your clients protect and grow their business. Core Functions

  • Provide initial outreaches for key accounts to the site level– general, introductory messaging about Envysion and results driven by our solution
  • Track & document all feedback provided by clients and prospects
  • Drive regular communications with client contacts on key accounts
    • Using LinkedIn, Seamless AI, email, web research, phone
  • Nurture existing clients to retain and upsell our stack of services
  • Ensure all Salesforce.com details are correct
  • Provide insight on customers' needs to internal teams on a regular basis; represent customers' views, requirements and experience throughout the organization
  • Serve as a customer advocate in driving industry best practices and position the Envysion platform as a key driver to the customer's success
  • Provide feedback to product team and management concerning response to products and services
  • Other projects as needed, such as account prospecting and appointment setting for sales presentations

  • A relationship building, detail oriented, and strategic minded individual that gets excited when digging in and supporting clients. We aren't just looking for someone that can answer an email or a phone call, we are looking for someone that is seeking out opportunities to engage with Enterprise clients to build relationships and be the trusted business partner as an extension of their teams
  • Professional individual with terrific external and internal customer service skills

  • Excellent time management skills & Project Management Skills
  • Excellent listening and communication skills

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.com
  • Experience in and knowledge of QSR/fast casual and/or retail space, a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary

  • $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 + Commission
